Tell Us Your Design Artwork
Provide us your detailed specifications including your sketches, images, or digital files that illustrate your desired design. Discuss with us your color palette, patterns, and special prints or embellishment you want to incorporate.
Check the Designs and Colors
We have professional designers to inspect each design one‑by‑one, to ensure complete patterns, sharp lines, high‑resolution pixels, correct dimensions, and border sizes in compliance with requirements.
Request a Sample from Us
This process allows you to physicallyy examine the quality and overall appearance of each custom silk product. You can evaluate the colors, printing, accuracy, stitching, and finishing to ensure they meet your expectations.
Arrange The Bulk Production
Upon sample confirmation, printing or dyeing of the fabric will be arranged promptly. Imported printing equipment and dyes ensure superior quality and environmentally‑friendly processes.
Fabric Finishing Process
After fabric dyeing or printing, processes including steaming, washing, setting and hand‑feel finishing are applied to ensure optimum color and hand feel of the fabric.
Fabric Cutting & Sewing into Finished Goods
This process adopts precision fabric‑cutting machines. Our workers, with at least 5‑10 years of working experience, sew the fabrics into finished goods. Each procedure is completed before moving on to the next, ensuring consistent quality standards and lowering the defect rate.
Quality Inspection & Packaging
Once the finished goods are completed, the most critical step is quality checking. Every piece will be inspected one‑by‑one to guarantee genuine qualified products. Afterwards, goods will be uniformly packed in accordance with the customer’s requirements.

Can you send me a price list for all your products?
We have a wide range of products, and different products have different quality, size, handcraft, and finishing. We are a factory, usually check the designs in details. It is better you can let us know the details like: size, quality and quantity, then I will have a rough idea, can quote you a more accurate price.
We need very cheap price, are you able to do that?
Yes, we are in our area for about 15 years, we know the different material costs and technique clearly.You can let us know your budget,then we will check the best solution in this price. I’m sure the quality will be very good, and the price is acceptable.
I have my own artwork, can you make a printed scarf or a printed pajama for me?
It is great you have your own artworks already. Yes, we can make a scarf or a pajamas for you directly, you can send the artworks to us directly, we can check and will give you some suggestions if needed, will help you till the sample finish.
Can you send me a free sample just for checking?
Yes, we can send you a free sample if we have the stock, and if needed one set of free quality samples can send to you also. It includes various of different fabrics with printing colors, you can check the fabric quality and our printing colors very clearly.
