To ensure faster turnaround, flexible scalability and consistent quality across all orders, Artisan Silk operates an in‑house digital silk‑printing factory in Hangzhou, China. Supported by a professional technical team of five specialists, our monthly capacity exceeds 300,000 silk scarves, enabling us to handle high‑volume regular orders with assembly‑line efficiency.
Seventy percent of our business comes from international orders. Our equipment includes 10 double‑sided printing machines, 2 single‑sided printing machines and 1 double‑sided printing machine for polyester fabrics. 2Pre‑treatment In‑process Inspection We monitor technical parameters for color paste proportioning, steaming and washing color‑fixing processes, control base‑color uniformity, and conduct preliminary verification of pattern reproduction.
