Absolutely. As a manufacturer, we specialize in OEM services. We can provide custom neck labels, care labels, hangtags, and polybags with your brand logo. We also offer options for custom packaging like branded boxes or dust bags. All customization requires adherence to our minimum quantity requirements.

7. What are your payment terms for new and repeat customers?

For new customers, our standard terms are 50% deposit to commence production and 50% balance before shipment. For established partners with a proven order history, we offer more flexible terms, such as 30% deposit with 70% against copy of Bill of Lading, or negotiated terms based on order volume and frequency.

8. What silk fabrics do you specialize in, and can you provide fabric certifications or swatch cards?

We specialize in high-grade mulberry silk charmeuse and satin weaves, primarily in 19, 22, and 30 momme weights. We focus on consistent quality, colorfastness, and the distinctive luxurious drape. We can provide fabric composition certifications upon request and are happy to send physical swatch cards of our standard fabric library to serious B2B clients.
