We process various fabrics to make scarves, such as

Choose Scarf Printing Methods
Different customers have different requirements for scarves. Some require newer and more vibrant colors; others focus on exceptional ink penetration on the back side. Some are concerned about low minimum order quantities, while others are concerned about rapid production lead times. To be able to better serve these varied and evolving needs, Atsilk continuously improves its technology and manufacturing processes. In 2017, we took a giant step forward by introducing advanced double-sided digital printing machines into our manufacturing process.
Our factory also has the top digital printing machines in China, and more importantly, we imported one of only two double-sided high-resolution digital printing machines in China, the rest are in Europe. The machine, priced at over 2 million RMB, is more than 720 dpi in resolution, while the standard double-sided printing machines are just 360 dpi. It enables you to set it with accurate precision and rich color rendition on both sides of the scarf, which makes it look like a true premium finish. The same machinery is employed by the world’s top brands in their Italian plants, which speaks volumes about its quality at the global level. We at Atsilk are committed towards ensuring quality excellence and also innovation so that each scarf reaches the mark of perfection which global customers expect.
We can print on-demand scarves with complex designs, images, and artwork through digital printing. This printing method only requires a short manufacturing time. Mass production of digitally-printed scarves will take 15 to 20 days while samples take 7 to 10 business days. The minimum order quantity of each digital-printed scarf starts from 30 pieces per design.
This printing method also uses digital printing techniques, however, it allows us to print each scarf on both sides. With double-sided printing, different or the same pattern/colors can be shown in one scarf. The minimum order quantity for these scarves starts from 50 pieces per design. However, this process takes a longer time to produce.
Screen printing offers several advantages when it comes to printing designs on scarves. It allows for excellent color opacity and vibrancy on fabric. This ensures that your designs on scarves are bold and eye-catching. We offer 200 pieces per design minimum order quantity for screen-printed custom scarves.

We offer a range of hemming options to suit different scarf styles and brand positioning:
- Hand Rolled Hem – The most luxurious finish, fully crafted by hand. This high-end technique is ideal for premium silk scarves and luxury branding.
- Machine Hem & Triangle Stitch Hem – The most commonly used hems, offering a clean, efficient finish suitable for most scarf types.
- Fringe & Tassel Hem – A decorative option commonly used for shawls and long scarves, especially with modal and wool fabrics, adding texture and visual appeal.
- Overlock Hem – Created with a specialized machine, this hem style is neat, durable, and fully customizable based on your design requirements.
