We process various fabrics to make scarves, such as

Choose Scarf Printing Methods
Different customers have different requirements for scarves. Some require newer and more vibrant colors; others focus on exceptional ink penetration on the back side. Some are concerned about low minimum order quantities, while others are concerned about rapid production lead times. To be able to better serve these varied and evolving needs, Atsilk continuously improves its technology and manufacturing processes. In 2017, we took a giant step forward by introducing advanced double-sided digital printing machines into our manufacturing process.
Our factory also has the top digital printing machines in China, and more importantly, we imported one of only two double-sided high-resolution digital printing machines in China, the rest are in Europe. The machine, priced at over 2 million RMB, is more than 720 dpi in resolution, while the standard double-sided printing machines are just 360 dpi. It enables you to set it with accurate precision and rich color rendition on both sides of the scarf, which makes it look like a true premium finish. The same machinery is employed by the world’s top brands in their Italian plants, which speaks volumes about its quality at the global level. Yes, polyester can be double-sided printed using direct printing, but the reverse side will show ink penetration rather than an identical print effect. For identical double-sided results, we recommend silk with double-sided printing.
We accept TIFF, AI (Adobe Illustrator file, not artificial intelligence), PDF, and JPEG. Color mode: RGB. Resolution: 180–300 dpi. Vector files (AI, PDF) are recommended for the best print quality.
For the artwork, kindly send us high resolution no less than 150DPI,any form is OK, such as PSD, PDF, TIFF, JPEG or Adobe Illustrator,vector files will be great. The artwork size same with the scarf size, such as you need the scarf in 65*65cm, the artwork size in 65*65cm also.
We can print from low-resolution images, then our designer will try to draw the artwork for you.But will need more time, we always recommend using high-resolution or vector files for the best results.

Yes, a sampling fee applies. For larger bulk orders, the sample fee is deductible from the final payment upon order confirmation. Please contact us to confirm eligibility.
Sampling usually takes about 7 calendar days after order confirmation. Rush samples may be available upon request.
Yes. We offer sample production before bulk orders. Simply place a sample order, and we will produce a physical sample for your approval before proceeding with mass production.
For silk, the MOQ is 30 pieces per color per design if 90*90cm. For polyester, the MOQ is 50 pieces per design. For sampling, we accept orders starting from 1 piece. If these quantities don’t fit your project, please let us know — we are flexible and happy to discuss and confirm a customized MOQ based on your specific needs.
Yes, we offer tiered pricing based on order quantity. The larger the order, the lower the unit price. Please contact us for a customized quote.
We offer OPP bags, silk pouches, gift boxes, and fully custom packaging. Custom printed packaging with your logo is also available.
Our gift boxes are premium rigid boxes with a silk ribbon and an insert to hold the scarf neatly. Custom printing on the box cover is available for personalization.

For samples, it usually takes about 7 days. For bulk orders, it takes approximately 15–25 days depending on the quantity. Production time is counted from the date of deposit receipt and artwork confirmation. Rush orders may be accommodated upon request.
Shipping typically takes 4–5 working days after dispatch via air freight. Sea freight is also available for larger orders and takes longer. Exact timing depends on the destination.
Yes, we can calculate the shipping cost once you provide your postal code or address.
Yes, we support DDP shipping — all duties and taxes are included in the price, so you don’t need to handle customs clearance. We also offer DAP and FOB terms based on your preference.
We require a 50% deposit from new customers to initiate production, with the balance due before shipment. Established customers with a good track record may qualify for a 30% deposit. Sample orders are payable in full upfront.
We inspect goods before shipping. If any quality issues arise after delivery, we will take full responsibility and offer reprinting or a refund after mutual negotiation.
Yes, but we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid wringing and direct sunlight. Dry cleaning is also a safe option for silk products.
