Choose Custom Bandana Printing Methods
Once the headscarf design has been finalized, it is important to determine the appropriate production process for the intricacy of the design, the desired visual effect, and order volume. This ensures the final product meets expectations in terms of quality and budget while enabling effective, customized production in line with your brand specifications.
All bandana fabrics are completely customizable with printed designs using one of five professional printing technologies: basic digital printing, two-sided digital printing, heat transfer printing, hand screen printing, or machine screen printing. Our staff selects the best option based on your artwork, type of fabric, quantity, and desired price point, balancing the highest visual impact with the lowest cost.
For clients seeking various kinds of customization, we also offer embroidery of logos or simple patterns, ideal for up to three colors, giving the bandana a raised, three-dimensional look. We also carry a wide range of pre-existent solid colors and can arrange custom dyeing to any specific Pantone code or tangible sample. Keep in mind that custom dyeing usually incurs longer lead times and minimum order amounts.
We can print on-demand bandanas with complex designs, images, and artwork through digital printing. This printing method only requires a short manufacturing time. Mass production of digitally-printed scarves will take 15 to 20 days while samples take 7 to 10 business days. The minimum order quantity of each digital-printed scarf starts from 50 pieces per design.
Embroidery is good for simple design, but not good for large area. With embroidery, the design pattern will looks more exquisite and luxury. The minimum order quantity for these scarves starts from 100 pieces per design. However, this process takes a longer time to produce as the embroidery is a careful and slow work.
We can also accept custom dyeing colors, as long as the Pantone color number or physical sample can be provided, any color can be custom dyed, but custom dyeing generally requires a longer production time and relatively larger MOQ.

- Hand rolled hem: It is the most luxury hem way. We can offer big brand hem, it is totally made by hand, with elegant curves and high-end finish.
- Machine hem and Triangle stitch hem: They are the most common hem way, very flat and fast. Suitable for all the bandanas, especially for mass production.
- Fringe and tassel hem: They are suitable for square bandanas with fashion style. Also suitable for modal, cotton, silk blend qualities.
- Overlock hem: It is made by a special machine, can hem according to your inquire. Suitable for sporty or street style bandana design.

The normal order time in machine hem is about 15-18 days,and 20-25 days for larger volume orders, the actual production time only can be calculated when final samples and quantity confirmed.
Express usually need about 5-7 days,DHL is the most fast way, air freight option range from 7-15 days, while ocean freight option need about 25-60 days. We have big discount for all the shipping way, will check the shipping cost once we have the actual weight of the goods.
