At Atsilk, we utilize advanced digital printing equipment, including two of China’s few double-sided printing machines, technology typically only found in Europe. We welcome custom print orders and support clients with flexible sampling options, including low-cost color swatches to reduce development costs. For bulk orders, sampling fees can be fully refunded. Single-sided digital printing can be applied to a variety of fabrics, has beautiful colors and almost suitable for all the designs. Sample time is about 5-7 days, sample cost is about $7-$20; mass production will need about 7-15 days.The MOQ is 25 meters.
It is print both sides of the fabrics, ensure that both sides have the same level of vibrant color. Almost suitable for all of the designs, the printing price is higher than single-sided print. Sample time is about 5-7 days, sample cost is about $11- $25; mass production will need about 10-18 working days. MOQ is 30 meters
It is traditional print way. Silk screen printing can produce vibrant colors and rich textures. It is suitable for large quantities of printing and has a lower cost. Care Instructions for Silk Fabrics
Silk should be hand washed in water below 30°C. Avoid soaking or vigorous rubbing, as high temperatures may cause color bleeding due to the low-temperature dyeing process. Do not use alkaline detergents such as soap, laundry powder, or disinfectants. Instead, use specialized silk/wool detergent or a non-alkaline shampoo or body wash to prevent discoloration.
Drying and Storage Guidelines
Do not expose silk to direct sunlight when drying. Lay it flat in a well-ventilated, shaded area to avoid deformation and yellowing. For storage, fold the fabric neatly and lay it flat, avoid hanging. Keep it away from perfume, mothballs, and other chemicals that may cause staining or color changes.
About Fabric Length Tolerance
Fabric length may vary slightly due to tension during measuring and cutting. When measured on a cutting table, the fabric is in a relaxed state, which can cause rolls to appear 1–1.5 meters shorter than labeled. Additionally, each layer requires extra stretch (approx. 10 cm) to ensure precise alignment, and all fabrics have some natural bias. This minor variation is a normal and industry-accepted phenomenon.
