What size should the artwork be?
For the artwork, kindly send us high resolution no less than 150DPI,any form is OK, such as PSD, PDF, TIFF, JPEG or Adobe Illustrator,vector files will be great. The artwork size same with the scarf size, such as you need the scarf in 65*65cm, the artwork size in 65*65cm also.
Do you accept low-resolution images?
We can print from low-resolution images, then our designer will try to draw the artwork for you.But will need more time, we always recommend using high-resolution or vector files for the best results.
Is there a custom sample charge?
Yes, a sampling fee applies. If you meet the required quantity, the sample fee is deductible from the final payment upon order confirmation. Please contact us to confirm eligibility.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling usually takes about 7 calendar days after order confirmation. Rush samples may be available upon request.
Can I see a physical sample before bulk production?
Yes. We offer sample production before bulk orders. Simply place a sample order, and we will produce a physical sample for your approval before proceeding with mass production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For 90*90cm scarves, the MOQ is 30 pieces per color per design. For smaller size,the MOQ is 50 pieces per design. For sampling, we accept orders starting from 1 piece. If these quantities don’t fit your project, please let us know — we are flexible and happy to discuss and confirm a customized MOQ based on your specific needs.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing based on order quantity. The larger the order, the lower the unit price. Please contact us for a customized quote.
What packaging options do you offer?
We offer OPP bags, silk pouches, gift boxes, and fully custom packaging. Custom printed packaging with your logo is also available.
What does the gift box packaging look like?
Our gift boxes are premium rigid boxes with a silk ribbon and an insert to hold the scarf neatly. Custom printing on the box cover is available for personalization.
Can you print my logo on the packaging?
Yes, we offer custom logo printing on packaging including OPP bags, silk pouches, and gift boxes. Please provide your logo file and we will send you a mockup for approval.
What is the production lead time?
For samples, it usually takes about 7 days. For bulk orders, it takes approximately 15–25 days depending on the quantity. Production time is counted from the date of deposit receipt and artwork confirmation. Rush orders may be accommodated upon request.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 4–5 working days after dispatch via air freight. Sea freight is also available for larger orders and takes longer. Exact timing depends on the destination.
Can you check the shipping cost for me?
Yes, we can calculate the shipping cost once you provide your postal code or address.
Do you support DDP shipping?
Yes, we support DDP shipping — all duties and taxes are included in the price, so you don’t need to handle customs clearance. We also offer DAP and FOB terms based on your preference.
What is the deposit requirement?
We require a 50% deposit from new customers to initiate production, with the balance due before shipment. Established customers with a good track record may qualify for a 30% deposit. Sample orders are payable in full upfront.
What if there are quality issues?
We inspect goods before shipping. If any quality issues arise after delivery, we will take full responsibility and offer reprinting or a refund after mutual negotiation.
