At Atsilk, we utilize diversified high-quality materials that are OEKO-TEX certified and GOTS to ensure all our scarves provide a safe, comfortable, and skin-friendly experience during use. With our range of scarves having diversely textured, momme-weighted, and composed products, we help customers provide more diversified and appealing products answering different fashion sensibilities and climatic requirements.
We manufacture all kinds of weaves of silk at our mill, including silk twill, silk satin, silk chiffon, silk organza, silk habotai, silk georgette, and silk CDC (crepe de chine). We also manufacture specialty blended silks of fiber mix proportion—like silk cotton, silk modal, silk wool, silk cashmere, silk bamboo, silk linen, and silk velvet—to meet design esthetics as well as practical requirements.
Apart from the silk and silk fabrics, we also provide custom printing on various man-made and natural fabrics like cotton 100%, bamboo, linen, Tencel, viscose, rayon, modal, wool, polyester, acrylic, and voile. If you have a specific material in mind or you are simply seeking expert advice in selecting the most appropriate material for your intended purpose, our designers will be more than happy to give you custom solutions in finishing your scarf project.
We can print on-demand scarves with complex designs, images, and artwork through digital printing. This printing method only requires a short manufacturing time. Mass production of digitally-printed scarves will take 15 to 20 days while samples take 7 to 10 business days. The minimum order quantity of each digital-printed scarf starts from 30 pieces per design.
This printing method also uses digital printing techniques, however, it allows us to print each scarf on both sides. With double-sided printing, different or the same pattern/colors can be shown in one scarf. The minimum order quantity for these scarves starts from 50 pieces per design. However, this process takes a longer time to produce.
Screen printing offers several advantages when it comes to printing designs on scarves. It allows for excellent color opacity and vibrancy on fabric. This ensures that your designs on scarves are bold and eye-catching. We offer 200 pieces per design minimum order quantity for screen-printed custom scarves.
