1. Inquires

1. What types of products does Artisan silk offer?

Artisan silk offers a wide range of products, including scarves,pajamas, robes, silk shirts, silk ties, silk sleep masks, silk scrunchies, silk pillowcase…and so on.

2. Can you send me a price list for all your products?

We have a wide range of products, and different products have different quality, size, handcraft, and finishing. We are a factory, usually check the designs in details. It is better you can let us know the details like: size, quality and quantity, then I will have a rough idea, can quote you a more accurate price.

3. We need very cheap price, are you able to do that?

Yes, we are in our area for about 15 years, we know the different material costs and technique clearly.You can let us know your budget,then we will check the best solution in this price. I’m sure the quality will be very good, and the price is acceptable.

4. Do you have wholesale products, or do you only make custom designs?

We have wholesale products :

We have printing scarf and tie designs, we can send to you, you can choose your interested ones, and we can make scarves for you then. The MOQ is 10 pieces/ design, one order is 50pcs.
We have solid color sleep masks, pillow case, you can buy directly, the MOQ is 10 pieces per color. And most of our business is making custom designs.

2. Artwork

1. I have my own artwork, can you make a printed scarf or a printed pajama for me?

It is great you have your own artworks already. Yes, we can make a scarf or a pajamas for you directly, you can send the artworks to us directly, we can check and will give you some suggestions if needed, will help you till the sample finish.

2. I don’t have a design,i just need a scarf for my company’s event, how can you do that?

We have some designs, we can send to you for your references, you can choose your best like designs,then we can make sample for your confirmation. Meantime,we can also help you to create your label and packaging.

3. I know how my scarf look like in my mind, but I don’t know how to create a design, can you do that for me ?

Yes, we can. You can send us a picture of the scarf you need, it is just help us to understand your idea, and send us the vector files for elements of the design, our designer will check and make the design for you, they will quote you the design cost. I’m sure it is very cheap.

4. If I have a picture on my phone, can you make a scarf according to it?

It is difficult to make a real product is you just have a picture. We need high resolution artwork to make a real product, such as if you need a scarf in 90*90cm, we need the artwork in 90*90cm also.

5. I’m a painter, how can i turn my painting into a scarf?

If you already have a physical painting:1,Choose a painting suitable for scarf design. Considering the size and shape of the scarf, choose works with rich colors and clear patterns. 2,Use a high-resolution scanner or camera to digitize your artwork. Ensure that the image is clear and the colors are accurate.3, Use image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to process digital images. You can adjust the color, contrast, and size to ensure it fits the design of the product. Our designer can help you if you need.

6. What kind of artwork do you need to create a scarf?

For the artwork, kindly send us high resolution no less than 200DPI,any form is OK, such as AI, PSD, PDF, TIF, JPEG. Vector files will be great. The artwork size same with the scarf size, such as you need the scarf in 60*60cm, kindly send us the artwork in 60*60cm also. And after we got the artworks, we will check for you.

7. Do you need RGB or CMYK color?

Our printers usually use RGB file. RGB color will be more brighter, CMYK color is more darker.

8. Can you protect my designs, not showing to others?

It is our principle to protect customers’ designs. We have more than 2000 customers, all designs will be kept secretly and confidential agreement can be signed.

3. Samples

1. Can you send me a free sample just for checking?

Yes, we can send you a free sample if we have the stock, and if needed one set of free quality samples can send to you also. It includes various of different fabrics with printing colors, you can check the fabric quality and our printing colors very clearly.

2. I’m not familiar with a scarf , can you send me all the scarf fabrics you have ?

Yes, we can send you one free scarf with one set of free quality samples. You can check our various scarf fabrics, our printing colors and hem way.

3. If I have a design,can you make a print product for me?

Yes, you can send the artwork to us via google drive or WETRANSFER to our mail. Our mail address is admin@artisan-silk.com

4. If i have a sample on my hand, how can you make a same one for me?

Yes, you can send the sample to us directly, we can make a same sample for your confirmation.

5. How long to product a sample?

The sample is usually3-5 days for a printing fabric, 7-10 days for a finished product; If need to make a mould or a designs will need another 2-5 days.

6. What’s a shipping cost for a sample?

The sample usually ship by express, we have account for fedex, dhl, tnt, ups, aramex…etc. The shipping cost is different for different countries.

7. My sample’s color looks not good, is it possible to make a new sample for me？

The only way for customer is get a perfect product that they want, we can adjust the colors, quality according to the suggestions,only need less cost.

4. Bulk Production

1. What is the price range for bulk orders?

The price range is usually 50-100pcs, 200-400pcs,500-1000pcs 2000-4000pcs above 5000pcs… Like this.

2. What’s your MOQ for the bulk goods please?

The MOQ is usually 50-100pcs per design, we can manage if you need special quantity,just contact with us, we can solve it!

3. What’s the production time for the bulk goods ?

The production time below 500 pcs is usually 18-20days, 1000pcs is about 25-30 days. 5000pcs is usually 35 days.

4. How do you ship the bulk goods?Do you have a cheaper shipping way?

If the customer have a forwarder, we can ship by your forwarder; If you not have a forwarder we can send to you by sea, air and express. We will quote you the prices before you make bulk goods. You can check and decide the shipping way by yourself.

5. Labeling and Packaging

1. Does Artisan silk offers private labeling?

Yes, we can make custom labels including woven tag, printed tag and Hanging tags for you; if you need opp bag, we can make custom logo bags also.

2. How can you make a label for me ?

You can just send us your label artwork, we can make for you directly; if you not have an artwork, just send us your logo’s artwork, we will deign for you, usually it is free of charge.

3. What kind of package do you have? Do you have reference pictures?

Different products will have different packages accordingly. We have a large number of cases and can send you pictures for your reference.

4. I want to make a custom box with my own design, can you send me a mould to make a design?

Yes, we can send you a high resolution artwork mould in right size, you can just fill your design in it.

5. What’s the MOQ for the package please?

The usual MOQ is 200pieces per design. Smaller quantity like 100 pcs is also can make, just the price is higher.

6. What’s the shipping cost for 200 boxes ?

If the box size in 25*25*3cm, the volume weight is about 90kgs, then I can quote you the price with different countries.

6. After-sales Service

1. What’s Artisan silk’s return policy ?

If Artisan silk doesn’t start any step of the production, we will refund all costs of your order.

If your orders had already completed one or more steps of the order, we will issue a refund after deducting the costs incurred, and we will not accept a refund if the order has already been completed.

After you got the goods, if the scarves have quality questions, please contact us in any time and send us the appropriate photos, videos and descriptions. This will enable us to investigate the cause of the quality problem and to attribute responsibility for it. We will refund you or reproduce for you.

2. What’s Artisan silk’s warranty policy？

We offer a one-year warranty for all our products. If you encounter any defects or issues with your products within one year of purchase, please contact us to arrange for a repair or replacement

1. I’m an Independent Designer, how can i turn my painting into a scarf?

2. I have a small business, can you do small quantity for me ?

Yes sure,smaller quantity is available,just contact us for more details.

3. I Just start my business, can you support me ?

Yes sure, we can support you begin with small quantities or just samples.

4. If I have 30 designs, can I make one design one product ?

Yes sure. And we can ensure the quality would be still very good.

5. I have a big event, can you recommend suitable gifts for me?

Yes,Artisan silk offers a wide range of products, including scarves,pajamas, robes, silk shirts, silk ties, silk sleep masks, silk scrunchies, silk pillowcase, you can let us know your ideas, we can give you a suitable solution.

6. I have a big event after 30 days, can you make the production fast and let me receive the goods before my event?

It is very normal that customers will have urgent orders. Usually we will give customers a schedule.We will analyze your order as soon as possible, and there is a 90% chance that the order can be completed within 20 days. Once we agree, we will do it.

7. The goods is a promotional gift for my VIP customers, the box package shipping cost is too expensive,do you have any packing that is not light cargo ?

Yes, except box, we also have various envelops for your choice.they are nice quality and not light cargo at all. We can send you 10 cases for your reference.

8. I’m a Cosmetics Company, the goods should ship to 4 countries, can you make FORM E for me ?

Yes, we have import-export authority, and our own document personnel, and help you will all your shipping documents like CO, FORM E …etc.
