We provide swatches to feel the difference.

2. How is the mask constructed to be truly comfortable for side sleepers and to prevent pressure on the eyes or eyelashes?

Our masks feature a generously concave, 3D-contoured design that creates a protective dome over the eye socket, eliminating all pressure on eyelids and lashes. Combined with our wide, plush strap that distributes pressure around the head (not over the ears), this ensures comfort in any sleeping position.

3. What type of filling do you use, and how is it secured to prevent bunching or creating uncomfortable lumps?

We use 100% hypoallergenic silk floss or a premium microfiber cluster filling. It is securely contained using “channel quilting” – the filling is evenly distributed and stitched into separate vertical channels, preventing any migration, bunching, or lump formation, even after repeated washing.

Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per unique SKU. However, we support our B2B partners with collection flexibility. You can mix colors and strap variations within that total, with a minimum of 200 pieces per specific color/strap combination.

We offer tailored packaging: e-commerce-ready in high-quality, branded polybags with header cards, or luxury retail/gift in rigid, two-piece boxes with foam inserts or elegant drawstring muslin pouches. All can be customized with your branding (min. packaging order applies).

Our standard lead time is 5-6 weeks. This includes our rigorous 5-stage quality control: 1) Silk fabric inspection, 2) Dimensional accuracy during cutting, 3) Stitching and seam integrity, 4) Filling distribution and final assembly, 5) Final cosmetic inspection. For trusted repeat orders, we can expedite to 4 weeks.
