We recommend 12-16 momme Habotai Silk for a lightweight, cost-effective option with excellent printability; 19-22 momme Charmeuse for a luxurious sheen and soft hand-feel; and Dupioni or Shantung Silk for a textured, matte look with natural slubs. Heavier weights (19mm+) offer more durability for frequent use.
2. What pouch styles and closure mechanisms can you produce (e.g., drawstring, zipper, envelope flap, magnetic snap)? Can you customize dimensions and shapes?
We offer: Drawstring Pouches (single/double cord channel), Zip Pouches with silk or nylon zippers, Envelope Flap Pouches with button/snap closure, and Box Pouches with structured gussets. Custom dimensions (from coin size to shoe bag size) and shapes (round bottom, square, custom die-cut) are available.
3. Can you print or embroider logos/designs on the pouch? What are the techniques, color limits, and minimums for custom artwork?
Yes. We offer Digital Printing for full-color, complex designs (unlimited colors); Silk Screen Printing for bold, solid-color logos; and Embroidery for a tactile, premium feel. Printing requires vector artwork (AI/EPS). MOQ for custom print is 500 pieces per design; embroidery starts at 300 pieces.
4. What cord/thread options are available for drawstring pouches? Can they be customized with beads, aglets, or custom colors?
We provide: Matching Silk Cord, Polyester Braided Cord, Cotton Rope, and Satin Ribbon. Customization includes metal aglets (tin/brone), wooden/acrylic beads, and custom-dyed cords (Pantone matching available). Cord color matching MOQ is 1,000 meters per color.
5. What is your MOQ for custom silk pouches, and how do you handle orders with multiple size/color/design variations?
Our base MOQ is 1,000 pieces per SKU. For collections, we offer a pooled MOQ program: you can combine multiple SKUs (e.g., 3 sizes × 3 colors) to reach the 1,000-piece total, with minimum 200 pieces per SKU variation. This provides flexibility for small-batch collections.
6. Can you source or use certified sustainable materials (e.g., GOTS-certified silk, organic cotton lining, recycled zippers)? What documentation can you provide?
Yes. We offer GOTS-certified organic silk, OEKO-TEX certified linings, and recycled polyester components. We can provide material certificates, compliance documents, and even carbon footprint estimates for sustainability reporting. Lead times for certified materials are 2-3 weeks longer.

2. Define the Pouch Style and Dimensions
Select the style: Drawstring Pouch (single or double cord channel), Zip Pouch, Envelope Pouch with flap closure, or structured Box Pouch. Provide the exact dimensions (length, width, depth/gusset) and specify if you require a custom shape or rounded corners.
3. Customize the Closure and Functional Details
