We offer two specialized fabrics: 22-25 momme mulberry silk charmeuse (the premium choice) for unparalleled softness, hypoallergenic properties, and natural temperature regulation; and a satin weave silk blend (19 momme) for superior structure and light-blocking at a more accessible price point. Both undergo a proprietary “night-black” dyeing process to maximize opacity and light absorption.

2. Can you create custom-shaped or contoured masks that accommodate eyelash extensions and reduce pressure on the eyes? What is the minimum for such patterns?

Yes, we specialize in ergonomic 3D-contoured patterns designed with a raised eye cavity to protect lashes and eliminate pressure. We can develop custom shapes based on your CAD file or provide our proven patterns. A one-time mold/pattern fee applies for fully unique shapes, with a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces per custom design.

3. What padding or filling materials do you use between silk layers, and how do you ensure it stays in place and retains its shape after washing?

We use 100% hypoallergenic silk floss or a premium microfiber cluster filling. The padding is secured using ultrasonic quilting in a channel or honeycomb pattern, which locks the fill in place and prevents bunching. This construction maintains shape and consistent loft through 50+ gentle wash cycles.

4. How do you design the strap for both secure fit and all-night comfort? What closure options are available?

Our strap system features a dual-zone design: a soft, wide central panel that rests on the back of the head, and adjustable ends. Closure options include a Velcro®-free adjustable buckle (to prevent hair snagging) or elastic with a sliding adjuster. All straps are lined with matching silk for complete comfort.

5. Can you print or embroider logos on the mask? What are the technical requirements and minimums for branding?

Absolutely. We offer high-definition digital printing for full-color logos or patterns (MOQ 300 pieces), and delicate embroidery for a tactile brand mark (MOQ 500 pieces). For best results, provide vector artwork (AI/EPS). We’ll handle the technical setup to ensure the design is placed correctly on the contoured surface.

6. What is your MOQ, and do you offer flexibility for mixed orders (e.g., different colors, prints, or slight design variations within the same order)?

Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per unique SKU. However, we are highly flexible for our B2B partners. You can split this MOQ across colors, strap types, or simple print variations of the same base mask, with a minimum of 200 pieces per variant. This allows for a broader collection with lower initial risk.

7.  What packaging solutions do you provide that are suitable for both e-commerce shipping and premium retail presentation?

We offer tailored packaging: e-commerce-ready in custom-sized, branded polybags with header cards; and retail/gift-ready in rigid, hinged boxes with foam inserts or in reusable drawstring muslin pouches. We can source and customize all packaging, with MOQs starting at 500 units.

8. What is your end-to-end production lead time, and what does your quality assurance process include?

Our standard lead time is 6-8 weeks from confirmed order to shipment, including sampling, production, and our rigorous 5-point QA check: 1) Fabric inspection, 2) Dimensional accuracy, 3) Stitching & seam integrity, 4) Functionality (strap, light block), and 5) Final cosmetic inspection. For repeat orders, we can expedite to 4-5 weeks.
