Once the design of the headscarf is confirmed, it is necessary to determine the production process based on the design, the desired effect, and the quantity requested by the client, in order to achieve the best finished product quality and even meet price requirements.
Printed Bandana:All bandana fabrics are available for custom printed designs, according to different designs, quantity, budget and fabrics, we provide five different printing methods: regular digital printing, double-sided digital printing, heat transfer printing, hand screen printing or machine screen printing. We are committed to providing you with the most cost-effective printed bandana.
Embroidery Bandana: You can have your logo or simple patterns embroidered on bandana to make it looks more unique and fashionable, embroidered patterns look more three-dimensional on scarf than printing. Embroidery is only suitable for simple patterns with no more than 3 colors.
Solid Color Bandana: Part of bandana fabrics provided have dozens of different available colors to choose from, and we can also accept custom dyeing colors, as long as the Pantone color number or physical sample can be provided, any color can be custom dyed, but custom dyeing generally requires a longer production time and relatively larger MOQ.
We can print on-demand bandanas with complex designs, images, and artwork through digital printing. This printing method only requires a short manufacturing time. Mass production of digitally-printed scarves will take 15 to 20 days while samples take 7 to 10 business days. The minimum order quantity of each digital-printed scarf starts from 50 pieces per design.
Embroidery is good for simple design, but not good for large area. With embroidery, the design pattern will looks more exquisite and luxury. The minimum order quantity for these scarves starts from 100 pieces per design. However, this process takes a longer time to produce as the embroidery is a careful and slow work.
We can also accept custom dyeing colors, as long as the Pantone color number or physical sample can be provided, any color can be custom dyed, but custom dyeing generally requires a longer production time and relatively larger MOQ.

CMYK or RGB color is just for computer’s screen, but each computer’s screen color is different, can’t be used as a reference, while Pantone colors will be work.You can send us Pantone number.If you don’t know how to do it, please let us know.
The normal order time in machine hem is about 15-18 days,and 20-25 days for larger volume orders, the actual production time only can be calculated when final samples and quantity confirmed.
Express usually need about 5-7 days,DHL is the most fast way, air freight option range from 7-15 days, while ocean freight option need about 25-60 days. We have big discount for all the shipping way, will check the shipping cost once we have the actual weight of the goods.
