Single-sided digital printing can be applied to a variety of fabrics, has beautiful colors and almost suitable for all the designs. Sample time is about 5-7 days, sample cost is about $7-$20; mass production will need about 7-15 days.The MOQ is 25 meters.
It is print both sides of the fabrics, ensure that both sides have the same level of vibrant color. Almost suitable for all of the designs, the printing price is higher than single-sided print. Sample time is about 5-7 days, sample cost is about $11- $25; mass production will need about 10-18 working days. MOQ is 30 meters
It is traditional print way. Silk screen printing can produce vibrant colors and rich textures. It is suitable for large quantities of printing and has a lower cost. It should make moulds before the production. sample cost should check according the design's colors, sample time is about 14 days, bulk days is about 15-20 days.
Customize Dyed Silk Fabrics
We have nearly 100 colors of stock-dyed fabrics available for customers to choose from, including basic colors such as white, blue, pink, ivory, navy, purple, black, champagne, and more. Due to the varying color preferences of different brands or countries, custom-dyed fabrics may also be required. We only need the Pantone color card provided by the customer to dye the desired colors for them.
Clearning Of Silk Fabrics
1. Do not machine wash. Hand wash with water temperature below 30 degrees Celsius. Avoid soaking and rubbing, as silk is dyed at low temperatures, and temperatures above 30 degrees can cause color bleeding.
2. Never use alkaline detergents such as soap, laundry powder, or disinfectants. You can use silk and wool detergent or non-alkaline shampoo or body wash; otherwise, it may cause discoloration.
Drying and Storage of Silk Fabrics:
1. When drying, avoid direct sunlight. Lay the fabric flat in a well-ventilated, shaded area to dry. Hanging it on a hanger can easily cause deformation, and exposure to sunlight can lead to yellowing.
2. For storage, do not hang the fabric. Fold it neatly and lay it flat. Be careful not to let it come into contact with perfume or mothballs to avoid discoloration and yellowing.
Regarding Short Length Issues:
First, let’s look at how the measurement is taken. If the fabric is measured while laid out on the cutting table, there is no tension. When the fabric is laid flat, it will relax (because if the fabric is not relaxed, the cut length will be smaller by about 20-30 centimeters). Therefore, each roll measured on the cutting table will be about one to one and a half meters shorter due to tension and fabric head discrepancies. The average error for each layer on the cutting table is about 10 centimeters, as all fabrics have some degree of bias. Each layer needs to be stretched an additional 10 centimeters to ensure a neat cut. This discrepancy is a normal phenomenon, and as layers are stacked, the total length of the fabric will differ from the labeled length.
