Craftsmanship of Silk Tie Production
The craftsmanship involved in producing silk ties is a meticulous and intricate process. It begins with the selection of high-quality silk fabric, ensuring that the tie has the desired softness and luster. Then for the design process, some artwork suitable for different craftsmanship:
Usually have 4 kinds of Crafts:
1, Printed silk tie: Suitable for colorful designs, smaller quantity, single-side print or screen print is okay, because silk tie is only showing one side.
2, Woven silk tie: many customers like to make the LOGO on the tie, it is very suitable for woven tie. The patterns of jacquard ties are formed during the weaving process using different colored silk threads, resulting in designs that typically have a distinct three-dimensional quality and texture, providing a rich visual effect.
3, Embroidery tie: When you have a unique solitary design for a tie, it is very suitable for embroidery tie. Embroidery will make ties more luxurious.
4, Knit tie : Knitted ties are typically made from materials such as silk, wool, or cashmere, which are very soft and resistant to wrinkling. Suitable for small patterns, strip, dots, geometric and plaid patterns.
After the above process, then will cut the fabric, skilled artisans carefully cut the fabric according to the design specifications, ensuring that each piece fits perfectly. Next, the sewing process takes place, where the various components of the tie are expertly stitched together to form its final shape. After sewing, the tie undergoes a pressing stage, where artisans meticulously iron it to achieve a smooth and polished appearance.
We can print with complex artworks and images through digital printing. This printing method can make fast production. MOQ is 50pcs/design, Mass production of digital-printed scarves will take 15 to 20 days while samples take 7 to 10 business days.
Jacquard tie is also woven tie, need simple design and less colors. The MOQ is 100pcs/design, bulk production time is about 13-18 days; sample time is about one week; Higher quantity is better for the bulk production.
Knit ties is a special technique, more suitable for natural qualities. MOQ is 200pcs/design, the production time is about 15-20 days; sample time is about 7-10 days.
