Different Silk Scarf Printing Methods
Different customers have their own requirements for scarves. Some prefer brand-new, vibrant colors; some pay attention to excellent ink penetration on the back. Some are worried about low MOQs, while others pay attention to rapid lead times in production. To be able to meet these different and evolving requirements better, Atsilk continuously updates its machines and manufacturing process. In 2017, we took a giant leap forward by introducing advanced double-sided digital print machinery to production.
Our factory has the best domestic digital printing machinery and, more importantly, recruited one of only two double-sided double-high-resolution digital machines in China—the others are all in Europe. This over-2-million-RMB machine can output over 720 dpi, more than twice as much as the 360 dpi of standard double-sided machines. It ensures correct alignment and stunning color copying on both ends of the scarf, providing a genuine high-end finish. The same machine is used by companies renowned globally in their Italian production centers, which serves to validate its high-class functionality. What format do you need for a scarf?
For the artwork, kindly send us high resolution no less than 200DPI,any form is OK, such as AI, PSD, PDF, TIF, JPEG. Vector files will be great. The artwork size same with the scarf size, such as you need the scarf in 60*60cm, kindly send us the artwork in 60*60cm also. And after we got the artworks, we will check for you.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we can provide you one set of free various fabric samples, you can compare different qualities, print colors and hem way. One whole scarf can send to you if you need also. You just need to afford the shipping cost.
Can you design for me if I don't have a design?
If you have logo, design elements, location or reference pattern for the design, we have professional design team who can turn your idea into printable patterns.
If it’s a pattern on physical object, like painting or sculpture, you can send us a clear photo or scanning copy.
If I have a physical painting or a scarf sample, can you make a same one?
If you have a design in paper, or a real scarf, you can just send them to us, our design team will scan your designs, and draw the scarf artwork. And we will send it to you for confirmation before arranging production
What is the minimum quantity?
Actually 1pcs, 10pcs also can make if we have the base cloth in stock, we will check the stock for you, you can make the decision.
What is your policy on protection of copyright?
It is our principle to protect customers’ designs. All designs will be kept secretly and confidential agreement can be signed.
How can you make sure the turn out scarf colors are what we want?
1. Our factory uses top-level domestic digital printing machines, the print colors are very close to the artwork colors.
2. You can provide Pantone color numbers, we will adjust colors for you according to the colors.
How do I get a quote?

What's your Refunds and Returns terms?
If Artisan silk doesn’t start any step of the production, we will refund all costs of your order.
If your orders had already completed one or more steps of the order, we will issue a refund after deducting the costs incurred, and we will not accept a refund if the order has already been completed.
After you got the goods, if the scarves have quality questions, please contact us in any time and send us the appropriate photos, videos and descriptions. This will enable us to investigate the cause of the quality problem and to attribute responsibility for it. We will refund you or reproduce for you.
